Rules of Use
Welcome to the Skrambler platform. The use of all Offers (“Offers”) by Skrambler members are subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Rules”) and any term of use included on the Offers. Users should read and accept these Rules carefully prior to using any Offer.
I. Overview:
v Offers can be used 7 days per week, at any time throughout the issuing Merchant’s commercialism hours.
v Only 1 offer can be redeemed per transaction (Per receipt ticket).
v Offer should be presented prior to payment or requesting the bill.
v The offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special menu items or loyalty/rewards programs.
v Earn Skrambler points upon redemption of offer.
II. Offer Kinds
v Surprise:
This offer runs for a limited amount of time with a high-value saving. The offer will disappear after 24 hours and will be limited.
v Standard:
This is our most featured offer on the platform. This discount is tailored to one person’s spending and is consistently available.
v Family & Friends:
This offer is designed to accommodate a group and rewards the user a generous discount depending on how much the total bill reaches.
v Loyalty:
The student is rewarded a free item or experience after redeeming X number of offers. Once the student redeems the designated amount of offers, the loyalty offer unlocks. This counter restarts every time the free prize is claimed. The user can work up the counter by redeeming any of the other offer types at any branch.
III. Offer Types
v Discount Purchases on Purchase Total
· It is a reduction of price of the total purchased item or service.
v Discount on Specific Item
· It is a reduction of price applied to a single product or service.
v Spending X and get a percentage discount on total purchase
· It is spending a minimum amount to get percentage discount on the total purchased.
v Spending X and get an item free
· It is spending a minimum amount to get free item.
v Buy X, get X free
· It is simply means buy one get one for free.
v Buy X, get Y free
· It is buying an item and get other specified item for free.
v Buy X, get Y discounted
· It is buying an item and get other specified item with discounted price.
v Others
· It is the specified offer type of the merchant other than the above mentioned.
IV. Redeeming Offers
v Process Flow
1. Select the desired offer from the App
2. Choose the right branch location
3. Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the server prior to the bill being presented
4. The Merchant will confirm the user’s ID image if correct
5. The Merchant is prompted to enter their PIN
6. Once the Merchant has entered their PIN, the Offer will be redeemed and the item or service will be removed from your bill
7. In the case of a dispute, the bill must be settled as per local law.
V. Offer Validity and Restrictions
v We reserve the right to remove and/or amend an Offer at any time and cannot be held responsible or liable in any way if an Offer is removed or amended.
v Offers can be used 7 days per week, at any time throughout the issuing Merchant’s commercialism hours.
v Only 1 offer can be redeemed per transaction (Per receipt ticket).
v Offers are solely redeemable with the issuing merchant and/or venue. If a merchant or venue refuses to honour any Offer, please contact Customer Service.
v The offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special menu items or loyalty/rewards programmes.
v Unauthorized reproduction, resale or modification of any Offer is prohibited.
v Offers are void if resold or bartered.

Delivery:
· Order must be placed via phone call
· The user must indicate that they would like to use a Skrambler offer
· The total bill must be discounted on the phone with the user being informed of the new price
· Upon delivery the user will present their Skrambler App and offer
· The restaurant representative will enter the required PIN and carry out the verification process in person
· No PIN should be entered via phone
· If the user does not have the offer, the merchant should be prepared to alter the receipt on site
· No discount should be provided without the verification process
· Delivery fee will be added on the total amount after discount using the Skrambler App
X. Skrambler Points
v Earn Skrambler points upon redemption of offer
v Every points earned will be added to the total balance
v Accrued points can be checked on personal account page
v Redeem them within 1 year after it expires
v Points cannot be combined and/or transferred from one account to another
XI. General
Skrambler reserves the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portion of these Rules of Use at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Platform with no other notices provided and you are deemed to be aware of and bound by any changes to the foregoing upon their publication on the Platform.
